I have one of those whirly washing lines, had it full of washing, just went to bring it in off the line and put more out-when I noticed most of it had green splatters on it- thought it was from a bird that wasn't feeling well pooping on it,
but no- the neighbour whos garden backs onto mine has been spraying the fence, and its gone all over my washing:scared1: he is mortified though!
anyway, i cant think what else to do but put it all in the bath with a bit of soap powder and keep my fingers crossed it will come out :headache:

Oh no - I hope it comes out. If it's got some kind of Kreosote in the paint it might not!

Good luck!

This happened to my SIL. Her jeans, hoodie and t.shirts from New York were all wrecked. The neighbour paid for her to buy new clothes but those items couldn't be replaced. Could you claim on your house insurance?

Oh no what a nightmare!

I hope it comes out.

Oh no, that happened to my girls trampoline and my patio, it all eventually came off but why don't people look before they spray :headache:

EEK!!! :scared1: That doesn't sound good, Jeanette!!! Fingers crossed you can get it out... :flower3:

Oh no! I hope it comes out! That is awful!

oh no, hope you can get it out

Hey hope you manage to get it out! Sometimes nail varnish remover can help, although it depends on the type of paint. If your neighbour still has the tin you could see what the ingredients are and hopefully google will be able to give you idea of how to get it out :thumbsup2

Hope you can get it out - you're probably just trying to scrub it off right now!!:laundy:

I left it all in the bath-and went out shopping!:)
anyway just checked on it and its all still splattered, its all over my dd's ecko red t-shirts, our jeans babys new little shirts pjs and loads of other stuff.
he said he didnt like to look over the fence before he sprayed just incase we thought he was being nosey :confused3
the paint he used is water-based but as he sprayed it on dry washing and it was dry splatters when i seen it, i don't think it will now come out. I'm going to put some in the washing machine to see if that will move it.

get him to pay if it dont come out. he should be payin for them to get professionally done anyway x

if its a water based paint try covering your clothes in fairy liquid before you put it in the washing machine !! It works on my dd pre school clothes that come back covered every week. Slightly different paint I know but might be worth a try!! I always cover the clothes give em a scrub with a scourer - dry and then bung it in with my powder .
