Are you all familiar with windows live local? You can see really closeup satelite shots of WDW - much clearer, closer and newer than Google's.

Here's a link to Morocco in Epcot. It's so close you can tell that it was taken when Future World is open (because you can see guests walking around) and before World Showcase is open (because there are work trucks where the guests would be).

I just know I am going to spend the rest of the day playing with this! Barrie

How awesome is that?? I clicked around until I found Spaceship Earth (a fair amount of luck was involved, as I have a negative quantity of directional sense). Now I'm going to poke around and see if I can find the Magic Kingdom!

this satilite picture is fairly recent you can see the boat that is usualy out in front of the american pavilian on the back lot getting refurbed from the hurcane damage.

I was in a test sampleing of this sight and have been useing it for a while now from the Beta version on.

It rocks and I have all the resorts and parks Pushpinned and saved.

The best shot is SSR before you go birdseye it shows the old outside theater ,then on birdseye it's the pool.

Another good tip is if Birdeye is not avail change the direction you are viewing (from say north view to east view) and it might open birdseye for you.

Mk you can see Cinderbration going on with a very small crowd.

I reserved a room at Saratoga for 2 friends that have never been there. I am making them a map. It's a work in progress, but I couldn't wait to share it. You can include photos and URLs with more info. This is so fun! I may have to map all of Disney World - someone, please save me from myself!

I should have said some of the resorts like the ones I have or will be staying in. I use it and print my driving directions to the store ans elsewhere

That's pretty fun -- navigation seems a little tricky. Interesting to see those huge roofs in MK -- several things that seem like separate places are all under one big roof. Would be interesting to see more of their "innards" -- I did the Keys to the Kingdom tour once that showed some of the Utilidor, which was fun -- looks like that was just the tip of the iceberg, so to speak -- lots more goes into making the whole place work. Thanks for the links!

Okay, that's it! It's official! I will never get packed for our trip next week now! Man the OP sure is a troublemaker, hehe!

Just one question if anyone knows. I also looked up my house which we built in 2002 and that's when the map is from, I'm sertain cause the house is not yet finished in the map. Are all of them that old?
