Okay, I've been back on Atkins for 10 days, doing great. I had a zero carb day today so I'm indulging in a Breyer's Carb Smart ice cream bar.....5 net carbs. These things are YUM!!!!!!

They don't contain high fructose corn syrup like the Breyer's Low Carb ice cream, do they?

Hey! I just saw in our local Kroger grocery paper that they're going to start carrying the Atkins Endulge brand ice cream!! I don't know how many carbs are in it and I'm sure it isn't something that I could have on a daily basis but for a once in a while treat I think it would be great!! Now if they only make it in that Moose Tracks flavor that I crave so much!! LOL!!
