OMG!!!! I missed it!!!!

I can't believe I missed it three times!!! Had my vcr set to tape the Travel Channels Disney Cruise special and it never took off. I am so bummed!!! It's been on three times between yesterday and today and not one of them taped for me. According to my cable guide, it won't be on again this month or April.

Well, if I can "wish upon a star" I wish someone taped it and is willing to send me a copy...I'll gladly pay for shipping and the tape itself. Any takers????

i taped it! i taped it after those perfect proposal episodes. back to back. anyways, would love to make you a copy...except someone needs to tell me how i can do that! have only 1 vcr. you need 2 to transfer it onto another tape, correct? am really technically challenged...

i will go check my tape to make sure it was recorded...yes, i set the timer, so you never know! while i go check, maybe someone can post how i can make a copy?

rsjj....thanks for the generous offer. I do think you need two vcrs or a device that records vhs tapes onto dvd's. My son has one of those, so I plan on having him do just that for me!!!

Yep, absolutely, positively the best invention every - TiVo!

With children and all of their activities, how do you manage without one. I guess not watch anything on the TV.

We already have three TiVo's.

I believe that the "new version" of the Travel Channel show about DCL really was the "Perfect Proposal" shows (the film crew had to "Lie" to everyone that asked - because they didn't want to ruin the Proposals.

Thanks for the info. We don't get the travel channel either. I'll have my sister tape it for me. She has a vcr with a dual tape so it will be easy for her to make a copy for me.

for those who wanted a copy of this...Richard of Kissimmee_Family has offered to make the dvd. i guess you can pm him directly. he contacted me, and said he was willing to make the tape (that i taped from tv) into a dvd, if anyone was interested in it. it is the old one. i guess they only have 1 version.

wish they would make a new one...but i guess until then, the old one will do!

he mentioned that the show will air again in april, so if you don't get the travel channel, you can request one. cuz if you do, then perhaps you can be patient?
