Can someone explain exactly where the 'teardrop' is? Is it by the train station in Toontown??

If you would get off the train at Toontown, and make a right, it is a little circular walk way, a dead end so to speak, and sometimes they have characters out there, sometimes they are rare and other times they aren't. Hope that helps you a little.

I so agree with you. Those of that make frequent trips to Disney, it does get really old seeing the same old same old. Not to mention your post was a real downer, not you drew but Metcha Figmant. I mean there are those of out here that love the characters and then you come along with a post like that, kind of takes away all our excitement. Since this is the Year of A Million Dreams, wouldn't it be nice if Disney got some super rare characters out and about for the occasion. I know I would love to see some come March.

Would love to met Kronk. We saw the LLama back in 2001 (I think) and we were excited to see him.

I wish they would put more "rarer" characters out in summer. Our last few trips at end of August we keep seeing the "regulars".
