just had to run home (4mins) to change my shirt and get gauze/tape for my belly button!
I have been walking, taking DS to the fair & farm - its not like I havent been active lately. But I think its all the bending, up & down Ive been doing. Hopefully this afternoon will be quieter than this morn.
Think I may keep myself covered the remainder of the work wk.
