SOOO FRIGGIN JEALOUS!!! :lovestruc :p I Love the Dolphin... stayed there 7 nights in March... Wish I was there! Have a drink for me tonight as I will be working till midnight while you immerse yourself in the Disney Magic! Ahhh!!! :scared:

Corner rooms are the best! Enjoy yourself. Post more updates if you get the chance. :sunny:

ENJOY THE HEAVENLY BED, THATS THE BEST PART....WELL BESIDES BEING IN DISNEYWORLD OF COURSE! :cheer2:

Have a great stay! I am trying the Dolphin CLfor the first time for a few nights in August with my 3 kids.

Does this room have a sofa bed??? Is this corner room REALLY far from the lounge or close??

Anyone out there ever sleep in a sofabed at the Dolphin?? Is it a good nights sleep?? I am torn about getting a room wiht double beds as I will probably wind up sleeping with one of my daughters, the other will have the other bed and my son will aero bed it.

I would prefer king for myself and little daughter (I have a king at home and cannot imagine sharing a double!!) but I am worried the sofa beds aren't that great for my older daughter! Especially compared to the heavenly beds......

TIA

Are you in the East or West wing? If you're in the East Wing (Facing Epcot) please remember your room number. You're in the room I want to be in during our December trip.

Have a great time

Kenswing, we are in the east wing corner king, 2 balconies, facing the epcot ball directly, 9th floor. This is a complimentary upgrade. We originally had a stnd king w nurse rate, upgraded w starwoods pts to club, BUT husband has a food allergy that could not be accomodated, thus the upgrade to this prime room. we are far, far away from the club lounge, just came back. DH had coffee and fruit, I tasted anything I wanted!
We are going over to Beaches for a burger and the No Way Jose. Then back here to Blue Zoo for a scrumptious martini.
This is such a fun vaca w/o kids, for the first time. :teeth:

Debbie,

Sounds like a great time! I just had to chime in and say you live in the same town we do! We will be in DW at the end of Aug. & it can't come soon enough!

Diane

Hey Debbie,

YOU ARE IN MY ROOM! :rotfl: :rotfl: Please don't get it dirty. :earboy2: DW is also a nurse. So far they aren't offering the nurse discount for the dates we are going. We have booked a King balcony w/resort view room. Hopefully we'll get the one that you're in. ::yes::

Thanks for reporting.

Ken

Sounds fantastic!!!! Hope we get some of that pixie dust sprinkled our way for our honeymoon! We also will be staying in a standard room!! Take some pictures, would love to see the room and views from balconies!!!! I might be able to talk the FDH into changing our ressies!!!
Have a wonderful time!!!

sounds like a dream room!!!

Did they charge or mention the resort fee at checkin? I heard they were going to do away with it and am curious. Thanks :cool1:

OMG! I am soooo jealous! Sounds fabulous. Have a great time!

the heavenly bed is sooooo comfortable, no trouble sleeping. the boats are honking, gotta go get brk in club then on to epcot, gotta do soarin' again. we've been taking pics, using DD camera (that's another story) so hopefully will get some good shots.
i'm tellin' ya this is THE PRIMO VIEW room. fireworks from either balcony, or just lay in the bed :teeth: :wizard: :cloud9:

We were upgraded to CL at the Swan last week because they could not accomodate DH with a smoking room (which we had requested on our ressie). The view was fantastic with EPCOT to the left and MGM to the right. We directly looked out over Tower of Terror and had a picturesque view of everything! Swan/Dophin hotels rock! They really try to make you happy if things aren't just right. Congrats on your upgraded view and enjoy your stay!! I know you will! :wizard:
