So, much to my surprise this morning, I stepped on my bathroom scale to find....
I'm down 10lbs!!
I've been eating really healthy (no whites, lots of dark coloured veggies, lighter proteins like fish and chicken, limited fats and sugars) since the beginning on January and I'm down an unbelieveable 10 lbs. I'm thrilled
Because My goal is 35lbs by my Mar 23rd trip to WDW and now that goal is 25lbs, its feeling much more do-able. Also, I haven't been able to get to the gym this month, so once i start exercising Im thinking that will boost the loss as well. Just had to share
