OMG! Disneyland getting Keys to the Magic

I hope this hasn't been previously posted, but I can't explain how excited the WDW vet is to have Keys to the Magic! You should have seen the look on my DH's face when he tried to use his room key to pay for water last year.

Needless to say... I'm really excited. And I guess it will have the ticket media on it too in a few weeks!

FYI: Key to the Magic at DL (like WDW's Key to the World) has been in place since late August. We were the 1st ones using it then.

Oh good I am sooooo excited! It really does make life so much easier!!!

I think that's where your hotel room key card (when you stay onsite at one of the 3 DL hotels) works like a hotel charge card for you as well. So you can use it to pay for stuff in the parks (and it will be charged to your hotel account), and also it will show that you have Magic Morning priveleges, instead of having to carry around a separate little white slip of paper as a "charge slip," which is easily misplaced... as we found out!

One hopes the maids would note any...er...DNA evidence and wash the spreads, but these days, who knows?
