OMG...Booked DLH!!!

So thanks to another poster who alerted me to the Belgian DLP offer - I have booked 3 nights at the pink hotel! 17-20th November!!

I've never stayed there before and have a few questions

Do the rooms have kettles?
Is there an email address that I can email them a room request?
I've read somewhere that you get Fast Passes - can someone explain to me how they work?

You can request a kettle in the room (they are not always there as standard) but we always take a small travel kettle with tea/coffee/hot choc with us to be on the safe side

Each guest gets one hotel fp per day. This can be used on any 1 ride of your choice but not between 1pm and 4pm. You can of course also get extra fast passes from the machines like normal too

Rosa is 4 nights the same price? Is the pay for 2 nights gets 2 free on for those dates?

Those of you that have stayed there - do you have any advice?

Does the hotel have a buffet restaurant and is it any good? Just trying to put together a plan now

Delighted for you....we go in November too! Stayed in DLH on two other trips and loved it....they have two restaurants one buffet one very smart table service, there are characters in the buffet restaurant at dinner (and lunch some days too). The breakfast in the morning is buffet also, with a huge array of food both hot and cold. Fantasia Cafe is lovely to sit and have a drink on returning from Parks or just before bedtime...piano player ....there used to be characters floating around too but these are to be gone after 12th November

The rooms are lovely very spacious and you get turndown service at night with chocolate coins left on your pillow....there are also robes and slippers in room. You can request a kettle free of charge from reception.
