OMG!!! ADR computer system is DOWN!!

the other day when i was on it got quite - thought i had been disconnected for a second time!!!

I waited about 60 mins this morning and then the system crashed. I called back and was getting my confirmation #'s when I got disconnected. I'm on hold now and I'm praying that my reservations are still on my file. It's been 20min and counting...
Why don't they have a toll free number??

It was much easier to make my resort reservations on March 30th!

I just got off after holding for about 15 min only to be told the system was down and to call back later. I asked how long and she said she doesn't know!

Yup I have to call back later too. System down at 10:30 and just when I had gotten a CM with a working computer. I was able to get through 5 reservations. I still have 4 to go.

I had to call four times to get all my ADRs and my hubby was calling at the same time, we had system crashed when we had one left to do and had received no confirmations numbers, Hubby and I both called back his CM told him to call back, but my CM managed to get me 3 rservations before it crashed again. We called back again around 9:30 and got the last two.

We got all of our ADRs and they are all between 6:30 and 7:00Pm., including Chef Mickey, & O'hana and that was for 13 people!

We are heading down from 8/18 to 8/25. Sending good thougts to everyone still trying. Keep calling apparently not everyone's computer is down.

I'm so sorry! This must be incredibly frustrating for all of you - especially those of you that thought you had everything lined up and then found our your reservations were lost!!!

I hope everyone is able to get at least some of what you want.

I got through but I got none of the times I wanted and we are a party of 8 and we have seperate tables for every ressie.

It also took 90 minutes to book everything.

Oh, man ..... I really feel for you folks today! I'm making my plans on the 28th, and plan to get up early, maybe get my coffee pot all filled, and hope all goes well!

At least we have free long distance calling on our phone service (from Comcast). Thank goodness for that!

11:42 am Eastern Time: ADR computers are STILL DOWN!!! Wow, what a cluster!!!!!

And for the record there is still NO message telling you. You still make your way thru all of the prompts and then the CM tells you that they are "updating" the computer system and to call back in 1 hour. I told her I have been calling since 7:00 am and suggested that she do away with the 1 hour recommendation.

OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...her computer has frozen!!! I am holding the line while she reboots. I think it's ME!!! Her computer sailed thru all morning with no problems and then I came along.

Rebooting did not work. She is trying to find a co-worker with a functioning computer and will transfer me to them. Holy guacamole, if their computer dies I am giving up!!! Still holding.....

You know, if I didn't have the free dining, I understand not doing this, but, like I always say, when we end up getting there, with my two daughters, who are 10 and 13, it;s worth it.

I'm the one doing all the work, my family just "SHOWS UP"..and, of course, my hubby always thanks me for all the work...lol

I just got through and got all mine! I was calling every 15-20 min or so and the last time I called they said they should be back up in 20-30 min and that is when I got through!
