Omelette stations at character breakfasts

Our usual character meals are Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey’s, and Tusker House. Due you to the cost of these meals, I would like to narrow it down a little. Do any of these still have omelette stations? DH is a huge omelette fan, and that helps to justify the cost somewhat. TIA!

The buffet at the BC at Cape May has an omelette station. Not sure of the price after the most recent round of price increases, but I believe it’s around
$45 (+ or -) .

We did both Cape May and Chef Mickey's earlier this month. I know Cape May isn't on your list, but can also confirm they have a very nice omelette station. I don't recall seeing any such station at Chef Mickey's. Eggs seemed to be just on the buffet.

Hollywood & Vine in HS has an omelette station. My husband loved his. It’s one of our favorite breakfast buffets.
