Omelets?

Does anyone know which breakfast buffets have omelet stations? I'm trying decide between a few. I remember that 1900 Park Fare did (at least 2 years ago when ate there), do any of the others?

I can state that Captain's Grill no longer has an omelet station, but you can order an omelet and have it count for the breakfast buffet. My dad ordered one and got the biggest omelet I have ever seen.

Boma does have an omelet station - a very good one I might add!
