Olivia's Cafe - Fritters

A friend has invited my family to join her for dinner at Olivia's Cafe in December. My Dad and I were looking at the menu on the WDW website/app, and it lists Conch Fritters. I remember a few years back there was controversy because they had replaced the conch with shrimp fritters. I was wondering are these the old style fritters, a new recipe? Are they good? And if anyone knows when this change occurred. I tried to search here, Disney Food Blog, etc. and no luck. The menu on AllEarsNet, mentions the price change for Prime Rib from October 12, but doesn't even list Conch Fritters as an appetizer option. Here, has an old menu. However, on Twitter/X there was a photo from someone who said they had conch in April.

I had the conch fritters back in Sept and I didn't care for them. The conch meat was rubbery and hard to chew.

We were fans of the conch fritters from way back. Disappointed when they moved to shrimp fritters. Happy they are back to conch fritters. They taste like the old recipe to me.

Had Conch fritters tonight. Sorry that I didn't get a picture before we had already grabbed a couple. They were really good!
