Olivia's Cafe- any recent reviews?

Looking to try some places that we have not considered in the past. Tried to search for this, but came up fairly empty. Will be 2 adults and 2 kids....one child is a very strict vegetarian (as she says, "nothing with a face"). Thanks for the input.

I can't help with the vegetarian part, but we ate there a few weeks ago and thought that it was really good. They had an awesome buffalo chicken soup for an appetizer.

DH and I last ate at Olivia's in Sept. and that was breakfast. (Very nice.) But, we have eaten dinner there 5 or 6 times over the last 13 years. We were never disappointed. Always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere - laid back and quiet. We didn't go the last two trips only because we had new places that we wanted to try.

One place that we tried last trip was the Turf Club. It doesn't get talked about much, either, but we really liked it.

I enjoyed Olivia's. Great service & great food. I had the steak and it was so good. My husband had the Mahi Mahi. The kids enjoyed it. It is well lit and I don't really like to eat in dim lighting.

Turf Club is good. My husband liked it more than I did. It is dark in there.

Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it. I am not looking for anything out of this world...just a decent sit down meal. Sounds perfect for us! I am sure they will make something for my veggie daughter.

Will have to look at the Turf as well. We have done enough character meals over the years. LOL

I ate there a year ago and it was absolutely fabulous. I have also heard extremely positive recent reviews. You can't go wrong with Olivia's for any meal.
