Older with Younger Kids - Advice for MK

We are planning will be visiting MK with our three kids. Our oldest is determined to ride Thunder Mountain and POC. Our two younger ones don't know what to expect or want to ride. We will not be getting to MK until around 10 a.m. Should we head directly to Thunder Mt and POC and then loop back to Fantasyland? What would you do? I know we can split up but wondered what to do if we do stick together.

I would head to Big Thunder Mountain first to get a Fastpass, depending on the return time, you can ride Pirates or head over to Toontown. The thing about Pirates is that even when there is a line, it moves rather fast, so don't be deterred by "too long" of a long line.
