Does anyone remember the old WW plan that was called Fat and Fiber? Anyone remember what the amount was for each? My mom and I are on WWs and she was trying to remember what it was. We used that plan years ago. I lost 65 lbs and she lose 50 lbs on it within 8 months. Great plan and would like to see how it is different from the newer plan now.
However the Points system used in the WW flex plan uses a system where food are assigned a "point value" based upon the calories, fat grams and fiber grams per serving. You are allowed a certain number of points for your daily intake based upon your gender, age, height, current weight, exercises you do....etc.
