Old Weight Watcher 3-month Journals from 2009, 2010, and 2011.....

I'm looking for the recipes that were in these journals! Does anyone still have theirs saved? please oh please, if so, I'd love a copy of the recipes!

I don't know why I ever would have thrown the recipes out, but apparently I did! I have several from the 2010 tracker, but none from the others, other than a list of all (and that drives me crazy! To have a list but not be able to find the recipes!
