Old Town Budget Office & Pick-up

Has anyone picked up a rental from the Old Town Amusement Park Budget location? I see they offer pick-ups. Does anybody know how far in advance you can or should call them to pick you up? We'll be at AK or AKL. Should I expect any problems with this? I can always just grab a taxi, I suppose. Any advice appreciated!

I have picked up a car at that location. I drove there so I can't tell you about how far in advance you should call, but while there I overheard the staff discussing who they needed to go pick up at which resort.

I recommend calling them a few days before just so they have you on the list.

Thanks Szymon! I did call them and they also said to just call 2-3 days before.
