Ok we went to WDW last year for our honeymoon, it was a wedding gift from my in-laws who are DVC members. For some reason my MIL made the reservations in Mr and MRS and John SMith..we got the tickets and charging privlages on our room key. I was looking at mine today and noticed both of our keys say Mr Smith. My key has my name signed on the back...

My question is this we have have one day on each ticket, will they let me use my ticket if it has my husbands name on it? It is my ticket...or do I need to refigure my ticket's I need to purchase this trip?

All four keys on our 2004 trip had my name on it (the ressie was in my name) but this year everyone had their key with their own name. I think this is something they changed as they started the biometrics for everyone.

I wouldn't worry too much. CMs do not check names on tickets -- they'll only check the name if there is some sort of a big problem with the ticket getting through the turnstile. You'll be the one putting your fingers in to link that ticket with your biometrics... so it's yours. Plus, you signed your name. If there is a problem the CM can clearly see that yours AND your DH's tix have the same name and the same dates printed on them... they'll figure it out.

That is no problem. Before this year, when they were tagging the tickets to individuals, the names on your room keys would only have the guest's name who made the reservation. You may still use your room key, as is, for admission into the parks. Just make sure that you have a park hopper ticket and not the Unlimited Magic Pass, which expires the last day of your stay in the hotel. The only way to do this is to take those passes, with a picture ID to Guest Relations and have them read before you decide whether or not you may need additional tickets.

If you have the old style park hoppers you each have to do the finger scan now. Once you do it that person is the only one that can use that ticket.

If you only have one day it won't be a problem.

All 5 of our tickets had my name on them from a few years ago. We haven't done the bio-scan yet, but since there is only one day left on your passes, you won't have any problem. You may have to have your fingers scanned in case you decide to park-hop that day.
