Old Ticket Question

I have a child's ticket that was purchased in April 2006 and never used. It's a 2-day + 3-days free to Studios and Islands. Does anyone know if I'll be able to use it on our next trip to Universal? Do tickets expire if they've never been used? I've read all the small print on the ticket and it doesn't mention expiration, other than "ticket expires 4 days after 1st use". Is there a way to call someone to verify that the ticket is still good? Thanks for any info you can give me! I'm not too familiar with Universal's ticket policies.

Email guest services at guestservices@universalorlando.com. Scan the back of the ticket (the part with the barcode) and include it as an attachment and they can let you know.
