For two days our news station kept doing teasers on an old ride returning to Universal Studio's Orlando. I watched the news cast and NOTHING. They never said a word. I have looked on the web and cannot find any information on it either. Unless this was an early April fools joke I don't know what to think. Does anyone know for sure what is coming back??

My guess would be that they're talking about Kong and Skull Island.

My son said he thought it was Kong also but I can't find anything on it. Are they rebuilding the ride as it was? Would someone who gets sick on simulators be able to ride it?

Not a great picture since there is a huge wall in the way, but this is from last week. As previous poster indicated, it is in the area between Jurassic Park and Toon Lagoon

Of course they are building KK now.

But why would a news station be doing teasers about something that's 1) totally already known about and 2) isn't anywhere near ready to open? Makes no sense.

So I'm tossing my vote in for reopening of the Triceratops Trail. Hope hope hope!

DS would hope that it was Jaws but I keep telling him that there just isn't room. At least not right now. :)

Discovery Trail has been gutted. That land would be used for something else.

That's too bad. And, of course, impossible to know for a casual guest walking by remembering that glorious day.

I'd love to chat with the people who decided to reopen it for a day and then never do anything with it. Absolutely mystifying.
