Let me start by saying this DIS forum is great. My question is what happens to old posts, ie posts made in May or June?

They're still around.

If you're looking for posts made by a specific poster back then, try clicking on that poster's user name beside on of their (or your) posts, and then look for the link that will show you all posts made by that poster.
