Growing up in SoCal, I visited Dineyland regularly. These pics were taken in 1961 and could somebody please tell me name of this attraction? You rode in a boat and everything was in miniature.
Thanks

I think you're talking about the Storybook Land Canal Boats, but I'm not sure. :)

You can also see the Casey Jr. train going by which is still there too. But even more interesting is the sky baskets which are not there. I miss those!

Storybook Land Canal Boats is one of my very favorite rides! I like to do it at least once in the day and at least once at night. The bonsai trees are still part of the ride but are much bigger now (despite being sprinkled by pixie dust by Tinkerbelle to remain small). Many of the bonsai trees were planted by Walt Disney himself.

Oh I love the comparison shots! Very cool!

I love that ride, it really is one of my absolute favorites...I don't really know why but it sure is!! :)

Mine Train through Natures Wonderland

one of my all time favorites....look at the engines, don't they look familiar;)
and if you were lucky you got to sit in the engine...

Frontierland originally had the Mule ride and a stagecoach/covered wagon ride in that same general area.
Fishing off the front of Tom Sawyers Island where all the Fantasmic equipment is now.

Mike Fink Keel boats....:)

They also had an Indian Village that my mom told me about. I think she had some pictures of it.
