Old Pic/New Pic

I stumbled on some old photos at my mom's house. I knew we went to WDW for one day back in the mid to late 1970's. I forgot that there were even photographs of the day.

In 2003, our 6 year old DD Lauren took a picture of my wife and I in the Liberty Square stockade. I remember asking Lauren to take our picture. I know that she wasn't tall enough to get in the stockade so I figure that's why I had her take the picture (she was just 6 and this is the only picture she took). I wonder now if there was some deep seated psychological knowledge that I had taken a photograph there, 30 years before???

While going through pics to make a memory board for my dad's wake, I found this photo. It's really only neat because I never knew it existed...the woman in the pic is my mom. What you can't see is a really tiny me...I was a Disney souvenir from that trip!!!

After 17 years away, I tried to recreat a shot from my first visit to WDW in August 1988...

...sadly I couldn't recreate the hair.

I'm not even sure if I posed at the right location. The first shot was on film and the second is digital.
