I just got back from Disneyland and had a wonderful time. But I did notice that Tomorrowland needed remodeling.

Everything was pretty run-down and the old Rocket Rods loading station was a hideous eye-sore.

Does any one else feel this way?

Nope, seeing the track gives me a glimmer of hope that my favorite ride, the PEOPLEMOVER, could possibly return. Even if it is isn't the nicest thing to look at.

Sooz :flower:

Yes - having never been to Disneyland before December last year, I also though those ride remains looked pretty weird.

Tomorrowland was the one area of the park that seemed to be lacking in the Disney magic and the one in desperate need of some sort of overhaul and new themeing.

What I can't stand is when you're on the monorail and you can look down on the PeopleMover track and there's pine needles, leaves, twigs, etc. that collect on the track and never get cleaned away. It emphasizes the fact that the track is completely unused. Bring back the PeopleMover!!

The TTA in WDW is one of DD's favorite rides - she was disappointed to find out that the PeopleMover was defunct in DL.
