Old park hopper passes...Are they still valid??

We purchased Park Hoppers in 2000 (I think that was the year) and have an unused day on four tickets. I seem to remember reading on the boards that people were having trouble using old tickets that were suppose to never expire.
Does anyone know the status of this and/or if there is any way to find out if tickets are still good??

When I was there couple weeks back I had customer relations scan a ticket that I bought back in 2004 and it was still good.

.....What happens to my leftover Park Hopper tickets now that they stopped selling them and the Magic Your Way tickets are out?

Your unused admissions for both major parks and plus options will continue to be valid until used up. Any restrictions associated with the tickets will still be in force, i.e. some specialty tickets had an expiration of 10 days after first use. That will continue to apply.

Yes.. still valid.. we also used old ones for our last trip..
