Not sure if this was already posted....

On Saturday June 28th Old Navy Flip Flops for adults and kids will be just $1!! Limit 5 pairs per customer. Solid flip flops only excluding printed and metallic styles.

I just bought 4 pairs last week for $10 for me and DD7.

This is good news though as I have since discovered that DS12 out grew his. I thought they still fit. Luckily I work on Sat and my work is directly behind our Old Navy! I will so be there.

That would be great, except I hate the new Old Navy flips flops!! Last summer's were horrid, and this summer's are, too!! I miss the old ones. I'm trying to wear them sparingly so I can hold onto them as long as possible. If I'd known they were changing, I'd have bought them out in 2006. Boo!

DD said the same thing, she has wide long feet and the ones this year and last year she can't stand!

Where did you hear about this? That is a great deal. I looked on their web site and didnt see anything about it. I just want to make sure its true before I use up yet more gas going to the mall

Its true I have been seeing commercials for it all week, along with the sandals they are having a "summer loving sale" of up to 50% off this weekend. Hope this helps.

I worked at Old Navy for 3 1/2 years and I have to say that I love the new ones this year. In the past the flip flops were hard and VERY wide. This year they have a little cushion and don't make your feet look giantic. I guess it's just a preference.

We were at Old Navy yesterday and they had the little flyers that they place in the shopping bags. I cant wait to go stock up on flipflops!

Thanks OP!

Just an fyi......... My DD came home from a b-day party last year with a pair of flip flogs that she decorated with foam stickies all over it. She loves those flip flogs and wears them often.

So, these could be a great party favor too! :thumbsup2

I agree. I've gotten compliments on my flip flops this summer. People have been asking me where Ive gotten them because they are not bulky like other flip flops.

Is this sale at all Old Navy stores or just a select locations?

Ugh, I really wish that this was for Friday and Saturday. I'm going to the mall tomorrow and Saturday I'll be out of town all day, and the town I'll be in doesn't have an Old Navy.

Oh gosh I completely agree!!! They are horrible now  The strap is made out of a harder plastic and really rubs between your toes and the top of your foot badly. The manager at my store was saying how people are hating them this year. She said they have had TONS of returns. No wonder they're selling them for only $1 now :rotfl:

Okay I actually like the new ones a lot better. They are softer to walk on and not as huge. I will probably swing by to see what is left tomorrow while I'm out. :)
