Old laser discs= no value, right?

Somewhere in my house is a box with the laser disc machine and laser disks.

I've no idea how much that stuff is worth but if I ever find it, it's going to get "lost" along with the box of college notebooks that my husband just had to keep that were never touched. Those were "lost" in the move to this house.

Since I'm the packrat in my house, I just have to say it's really not nice to get rid of someone else's stuff. I have a box of grad school stuff, and if DH tossed it there would be SERIOUS trouble. If he got rid of my laser discs, it would be similar, though since there could be money involved with those, it would be worse. It would show a lack of caring about me on a monumental scale, for DH to throw away things like that that belong to me.

And for others out there who might be collectors? If you feel that your husband actually won't feel as bad as I would, at least make them available to said collectors.
