Old Key West Studios Artwork Question

Does anybody know the name of the print that is hanging in the studio rooms (and maybe others as well) - the one of the mother and daughter at the beach in soft water color tones? Not my usual style but during our first visit when our daughter was barely 4, she swore that this was a picture of her with Mommy (me). Being a softie, I'd love to own this print to remember that moment.

Any ideas anyone?

are you a DVC member? If you are call Member services - they are quite good at answering these type questions...... the person who answer may not know but they will get back to you.

or you could call your sales guide.

DVC Member inquired with member services and they had no idea. Any one know the name of this piece (so I can find it on the net somewhere and buy it)????

Another artist you might want to check out is Bill Borough. His website is http://www.boroweb.com, and he is the one who did all the paintings in the lobby. He might be the one who did the painting in the room as well.

Still trying to solve this mystery. The print shown between the beds here: http://allearsnet.com/acc/okw18.jpg is the one I am trying to identify and hopefully some day purchase.

In November, we were lucky enough to have lunch with an Imagineer. He was an illustrator who had done most of the artwork at the resorts. I think he may have done the one you posted, as he talked about doing several seaside/family pieces, and putting Hidden Mickeys in the clouds, etc.

His name is Joe Warren. You might find out how to purchase a print from someone at Disney Imagineering.

It was a really interesting lunch. We didn't realize that the artwork was done this way.

This piece was purchased through Midwest Litho and their number is 708-895-3720. The model/description is #440 "A Little Advice" by Isabelle Dayton.
