I just spent three nights at Old Key West: The staff was wonderful. Bus service was great.

I did go to Saratoga Springs for breakfast one morning. I thought the resort looked beautiful. Of course, there is still construction going on--but that's what I had expected. Artist's Palette was exactly the kind of place I had been hoping for. The food was reasonably priced, and it was excellent. I much prefer this type of food service when I'm on vacation. You can get in and out quickly, or you can take as long as you want to enjoy your meal. I can't wait to stay at Saratoga Springs. Wish I could go soon!

I have stayed at OKW for 17 vacations and the staff there has always been excellent and the rooms were always cleaned and everything was in working order as it should be of course. I use my car to get around so no bus service needed. I will be taking a walk over to SSR when I stay at OKW to eat there probably lunch and to see the place. Another place to go to get a quick bite to eat is to drive to Dixie Landings(Port Orleans Riverside) they have a large food court with a lot of choices. I usually buy a lot of fruit cups and also fruit and cheese plates to take back to OKW. They have a bar and lounge there if you want to have a drink also. OKW if you have a car is close to a lot of places. I may pool hop for the first time in my life down at SSR who knows, I never thought I would do it. The Earl of Sandwich is calling me also, I used to shop there all the time when it was the Gormet Pantry, I think their sandwiches should be great. SSr will be a great place to walk to especially for those OKW people staying at the South Point area.

We're looking forward to our stay at SSR in December. We think that the food court at Dixie Landings/Port Orleans Riverside is a great feature and hope that Artist's Palette is quick, convenient and has tasty food! The "fast food" spots at most of the Deluxe hotels seem to lack variety unless it is fried food. For us, we generally avoid sit down restaurants at the hotel. For sit down, table service we like Downtown Disney or one of the great restaurants at Epcot.
