We have a chance to pick up our first resale contracts that come bundled at several resorts - most are at OKW. Anybody have a sense of how active Disney has been taking OKW points? Thanks.

Looks like Disney has been ROFRing OKW at a slightly higher rate, perhaps because of the low prices offered. Average ROFRed contract was $56/pt and average passed contract was $68/pt.
