There are several ways to get to OKW but I'll give you the directions off a confirmation (check the bottom of yours).
From Orlando Int'l take 528 West (Beeline) to I-4 West (exit 26B). Follow signs to Disney's OKW Resort.
Remember when you get on I-4 you will want West toward Tampa, not East toward Orlando. (sometimes that can be confusing when you have Orlando on the brain.)
Left from the main gate, then left at the light. Folow the signs to I-4, and, in this case, go East (Orlando) on I-4. Universal exit is well marked, only about 10 minutes.
We went to Universal this past March while staying at DxL and we just followed the signs. It only took us about 15 minutes! The exit is on the right off I-4 and then get in the left lane so you can take a left towards US, the right takes you to International Drive.
I prefer to take Rt 417 from the airport. There are 2 tolls for $ 1.00 each but the road is less traveled than the Bee Line and I think it takes a little less time.
IMHO the easiest way to get to OKW is to take 417 (Greenway). Just follow the signs at the airport that say South to Kissimmee - Walt Disney World. When you leave the airport follow the road (Boggy Creek) to 417 South which is the first right turn onto 417. You will go thru 2 tolls ( $1.00 each) to the International Drive exit and follow the signs to WDW EPCOT. Just keep going straight to the first WDW exit which is the Downtown Disney exit. Stay in the middle lane and at the stop light keep going straight. Go to the 2nd stoplight and turn right (you will see the OKW sign). The enterance gate is on the right. WELCOME HOME!!!
Have fun.
