I have Key to the World cards dating back to 2012 that have non-expiring park tix and fun visits on them, but I don't know what we had left on them. Does anyone know if there is a way to determine what's on these cards without physically being at WDW? TY

According to the Disney website:

Tickets – Frequently Asked Questions

Q.

How can I determine the number of days remaining on a theme park ticket?

A.

When you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, please show your ticket to a Cast Member at any of the following locations:

  • Ticket windows at theme parks and water parks
  • Concierge desks at Disney Resort hotels
  • Guest Relations at Disney Springs
If you wish to check from home, please email us at ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include the following:

  1. Photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
  2. Your full name
  3. Where and when ticket was purchased
  4. Purchaser’s name and form of payment
  5. Phone number where you can be reached during the day
Please keep the total email size, including attachments, below 2 MB. To ensure your email is less than 2 MB, you may need to compress your images or send multiple emails.

We’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible, but it normally takes 14 business days for a response.

Try adding the ticket to your My Disney Experience and reserve Fast Passes. You will only be allowed to reserve Fast Passes for the number of days left on the ticket. And then cancel the reservations. We have days left on non-expiring tickets and when I look at the tickets on my computer, it does not indicate the number of days left. However when I look in the app on my phone, underneath the ticket description it tells me how many days are left. I mentioned this to a Guest Relations employee when I was getting some old tickets changed to current ticket stock and she said the days left on the app aren't displayed accurately all the time.

If you want to know how many fun visits are left, you have to ask someone at Disney World.

If they are on a key card you may have to wait to get to Disney to find out what is left. I had some old key cards from a free dining package that I recalled had a single day park entrance - purchase requirement for free dining and we used other tickets we had for that trip. There were no numbers on the key cards but guest services scanned the key cards and transferred the single day to the current ticket stock.
