Old Globe vs. New Globe

After seeing so many replies to the thread about the Universal Globe, I decided we'd see which one people prefer, the old one:

New One:

the old one reminds me of the sculpure that sits in front of the new 1 Bucs Place .

I dont know, I do like the new one a lot but the old one gives me the warm fuzzies! Oh wait! How can that be, I can only have that feeling when it relates to Disney. Hmmm now I'm all confused, what do I feel again?

I am voting new one.

If I absolutely HAD to choose, I choose the New globe, because it matches the current Universal movie logo.

But I do love that old one. It has a real 1920s/1930s Golden Age of Hollywood look to it. It would blend right in with the Hollywood Tower Hotel! Is it on display anywhere at Universal Orlando?
