On check in day, go to the Front Desk and tell them you want to opt out of housekeeping. They will then email you a gift card. CMs can scan the barcode from the email at any point of purchase that is not cash only.

You would log in to disneygiftcard.com and add both cards, then transfer the balance to the one you want. Easy peasy.

Or just flash the barcode on your phone to pay anywhere

Also, just because you've opted out of housekeeping does not mean that you will not get a room check every day. So just be prepared for that.
