Old Expired AP’s Still Visible in MDE

As the title suggests, our expired Sorcerer passes are still visible but greyed out in MDE. The new renewal passes are also there and showing as active, but so are the old ones. Also, getting the “3 Passes need to be renewed!” Message, even though they were renewed a month ago.

The new passes work just fine, I’d just like to get rid of the clutter. Haven’t had this before. Has anyone else experienced this?
 
IIRC, mine have hung around for a month or so after they expired. My current one (which has been renewed) expires on 7/31, so I'll see soon how long it stays there.
 

It took a little bit for our APs to disappear from MDE, too. The funny thing is that they expired over a year ago, and my MagicMobile pass still shows "Annual" as an affiliation along with my DVC-Y. That issue might be why the CMs are supposed to check MDE for an AP and expiration date.
 
Can’t help you, same thing happened to me for over a year and then one day the expired passes and reminder to renew randomly disappeared, back in March of this year.

This is correct, since you can renew for up to 30 days after they stay there until then. Technically your renewal really isn't a renewal, it's a discounted purchase on a new pass as you get a new AP number.

Mine were set to expire July 9 but were renewed on June 28. The "3 Passes Need to be Renewed!" message is still being displayed in MDE. I get that the 30-day post expiration period doesn't end until August 8, but as I said they've already been renewed (and display the new expiration date of July 9, 2025).

Ours did the same.

ETA: As I had mentioned, you aren't really renewing the same pass you are purchasing a new one at a reduced rate that activates on the same day the old one expires. That's how Guest Services explained it to me a couple of years ago when I got an error message when renewing (I had stopped by in person just to verify it did actually renew since I was charged). So, that is why you are seeing the message. You renewed...but not really.

The expired pass will remain regardless of being renewed or not. That's just they was it's been for sometime now.
