Old Disney park photos

There was a thread earlier this week that was requesting old Disney park photos. I can't find the thread, so I started a new one. Here's the photo I found:

Very cool old pic! I didn't know there was a thread about them, now I'm going to have to dig through mine and scan some.

That is soo awesome. I have an entire album full of old park and resort photos from 1974 till about 1985. I will have to scan them...it is so weird to see the CR and MK back then.

My parents have got a bunch at their house, too, mainly from Disneyland (we lived in CA in the '70s); here are a few I had handy...

date imprinted on the back of the photo says June 1969

Bicentennial parade (I'm assuming from DL as well), Sept. 1976

my brother leaping into the water @ River Country. I'm the one in pigtails trying to climb out of the water on the left. This was probably taken in 1978-79.

What year was that taken? Do you remember?

The first pic in the post is the early 70's. I don't know the year exactly. The trip was my family with both sets of grandparents. I've got a couple more that I'll scan tonight and post.

I wanna forget that sight. That's what I got to see on my first trip (since the early 70's) to WDW in 97. Thanks for bringing back that awful memory. Ugh!

Who remembers the Skyway? I think this was taken the year before it came down. It was taken in October of 1998.

I miss the Skyway. A lot.

That's just not right, seeing it all empty and sad like that.

Unfortunately, the last pics/video I took while riding in one of the cars had that blasted pink cake-castle in the background, but I still love 'em.
