Took me two days but I finally made it through this thread! Such great pictures! Thanks everyone for sharing your memories with us.

I would post some pictures, but my first trip to Disney was in 1998. Maybe in a few years?

Keep the pictures coming! ::yes::

Wow! Great stuff! Feels like I'm going back in time. Looking forward to more pics. This is a pretty cool thread :cool1:

Feel free to post pictures from 1998! As we saw today, 15 years is an anniversary worth celebrating! :yay:

Especially photos of things that don't exsist any longer. And sometimes the best part of the picture is the fashion on display by the guests.

Well, it took three months or so, but I've made it through 182 pages!

Many thanks to all. What a wide variety of photos. Of course, many of those posted back in the early years of the thread are no longer available. It makes me curious what I missed out on, but there are plenty of photos that *are* still there.

How many times did I want to post a follow-up or a question, and then realize that the post was made five years ago?

I ought to go through photos from our first visit in 1992, but these days I'm such a lazy old son-of-a-gun.

Main Street USA
I was 4 in this pic. I'm the little girl with the long pigtails on the left :wave2:
How funny looking is that stroller?!

Me and my cousin meeting Pluto. I'm pretty confident this was a character breakfast... We have on matching dresses our Grandmother made us for the trip. :cool1:

somebody on a different thread said contemporary as well, but i am almost sure I took this picture at The Disney Inn. Maybe they moved to the contemporary after Disney Inn changed to Shades of Green

I know it's at the Contemp now and to my knowledge it always has been, but I could be wrong. The building in the back looks like Cont. though

Unless they moved the north wing of CR along with the Mickey thing over to the Disney Inn it's definitely the Contemporary.

i saw a recent pic of it and it must have been relocated because where it is now is not the same as back then. un less they moved that building

i just dont remember walking around the contemporary or even why i would have on my honeymoon. the only time we went to the contemporary was the chef mickey thing. maybe it was on the way to the buses and that is where we got the pic. tooooo long ago dont remember!!!

Was Chef Mickey at the Contemporary in 89? I think it may have been at DTD then? I'm intrigued by this!! Do you have any other pictures of the area where this was taken?
