***OLD***DisDivas and Family October Mini Meet

So, are we keeping track of who is going to the party Fri. night and who is going other nights?

DS, Quinn, and I are going on Wednesday and I believe there are others. Certainly not necessary, but it would be nice if there was a list for each night. I also know how much work it is to keep things like that up to date and I appreciate the details that are already in this thread for all of us to refer to. Outstanding job, LittleBlackRaincloud!

I'm just catching up on the cake discussion, but it looks like a decision has already been made and I am in total agreement.

Were people planning on going on Thursday night? I saw mention of it being cheaper?

I have no problem adding the Wed party people to the front, I should have thought of it earlier.

I'm going to give folks a while to post, and then I'll update the front later.

I'm in for Friday. I'm glad you are doube checking because there was talk of Thursday because it is cheaper. I am buying my ticket next week, so am committed to that day once I do. I will leave work at noon, attend Miss Sally's birthday bash, visit with my peeps and veg at Hojo's until the party at DCA. That will be one fun Friday, for sure!

Ack!! OK - I am going to post the same thing on the main Dis Diva trip thread. First - thank you Molly for not forgetting about me!!! If I am not around much again - here is why:

My 2 week trip got extended to 3 weeks (while I was ON the trip). I finally got back and got my head above water with email & work & then... 5 people I work directly with and utilize as resources for my projects were let go this past week. This weekend my mom is actually in town (she travels 85% of the year) so she is coming up & we are going to play golf scared. Next week we are going to AZ to meet my best friend's new born. The week after that is my product's first release. 2 weeks after that, I am traveling for work again.

I really hope not to be the last minute add on to any of these trips, but wanted to say that I am up for a trip in October (at least on the weekend part). I will try to check the front page of this often and post when I can.

Hey all...thought I'd better stop by and let you know I've been keeping up, just not posting alot.
I have a poodle skirt, I may wear that with a twin set. The witch hat I wore last year kept coming off, so that might be better.
Dawn, we've gone the last couple of years, and by the middle of the evening, we were chilly. Not enough for heavy jackets, but definitely wanting some warmer clothes on. And, two years ago, Zoe wanted her gloves. We've gone on a Tuesday and a Thursday night, so there was an earlier start. With the later start on Friday, it will probably be cooler.
