They were on the Bullwinke Show, right? I liked those and Mr. Peabody and the Wayback Machine...I don't remember what the cartoon was called, though.

Much more than that! If it was the ones I remember on the Bulwinkle Show, I would say around 40 years.

"The first show ever to feature Rocky and Bullwinkle was Jay Ward Productions' Rocky and His Friends. It ran from September 29, 1959 to September 3, 1961 on ABC and was seen on Saturday evenings from 6:30 to 7:00. The main plot line featured Rocky, the flying squirrel, Bullwinkle, his devoted companion, Mr. Big, the evil midget, and his Pottsylvanian accomplices, the infamous Boris and Natasha.

Showing periodically as breaks from the main plot were other cartoon segments. These included Fractured Fairy Tales, parodies of children's fairy tales, Aesop's Fables, in which a philosopher father teaches his son the ways of the world, Peabody's Improbable History, depicting an intelligent, person-like dog and his "pet boy" Sherman travelling through history, and Dudley Do-Right of the Mounties, the adventures of a Canadian Mountie, Dudley, who, although hard-headed, has no trouble trying to catch the bad guy, the evil Snidely Whiplash.



Voice talents include June Foray as Rocky, Natasha and Nell Fenwick; Bill Scott as Bullwinkle, Mr. Peabody and Dudley Do-Right; Paul Frees as Boris; Hans Conreid as Snidely Whiplash; Walter Tetley as Sherman; Charles Ruggles as Aesop; William Conrad as the narrator; and Edward Everett Horton as the narrator of Fractured Fairy Tales. The show was created by Jay Ward and Alex Anderson and produced by Bill Scott.

In 1961 the show was moved to NBC and retitled The Bullwinkle Show. There it stayed until fall of 1964 when it returned to ABC for nine more years. From then on, the show has been shown in reruns. There is also a video series available from Buena Vista. "

I remember! I used to watch Rocky and Bullwinkle reruns as a child. We missed the school bus many times, because we'd be watching before school....

Not sure if it's still on here, as my working hours have changed, but as of six months ago one of the stations here was showing Rocky and Bullwinkle around 5:00 AM.
