I just found some old Universal tickets from 2001. They were two day tickets and I know we only went one day. I don't know if they were non-expiring or not. Is there any way to find out? Thanks

Unless they are complimentary or Star or Adventurer tickets, then they won't expire.

and 1 is for a child who is no longer a child. Called Universal & was told passes never expire and that I don't have to upgrade my son's!! Like a free vacation day.

Universal, unlike Disney, does require you to upgrade the child's ticket if the child is over the age of 9. It only costs around $10 to do that though.

they said I do not have to upgrade my son's ticket - asked three times to be sure.1-800-322-5537 if you want to check

Don't need to check. I know the answer. Obviously whoever you talked to was mistaken. Just be prepared to upgrade if they notice you have a child's ticket at the gate.

Call 407 224-4233 and select "guest services" to talk to someone who can give you correct info.

BTW, the number you listed in your post (800 322-5537) is a hospital (Pulaski Community Hospital--wherever that is?) I suspect you called USV at 888 instead of 800. They do vacation planning and aren't really the people to ask for ticket questions.

sorry for questioning your oracle-level knowledge!! You are correct, the # I called was 1-888-322-5527 and this is USV. Now who'da thunk US would know anything about their park!?!?!

I was not trying to mislead the OP here, just passing along info I was given by US. If it's wrong I apologize but you need to be a little nicer!!

phamton is one of the nicest person i know.
she was only trying to help you w/ the info
:)

pooch...you wouldn't want to show up there and be surprised would you? She's IS the oracle!

USV plans vacations, takes ticket orders, book hotel reservations, etc. They don't know all the ends and outs of park policies. It is similar to the phone centers for Disney. If you read many of the posts on the Dis you will see that the phone centers at Disney often give out wrong information. If you want the official word then contact guest services.

USV is not an information center but a phone center for ordering tickets.
