OLCI - completed or not?

So, my 60-day window opens up and I go online to complete the online checkin process. I enter all necessary info, get to the end and then get the Goofy "error" screen telling my my checkin could not be completed and that I should try again later.

OK, so I just say "I'll try later" and let it go. Only 30 seconds later, I get a text on my phone confirming that I want to receive "room alerts" when my room is ready.

So.......I then wonder if my OLCI went partway through? I go back online to try OLCI again and see if anything has changed. I see a link that was not there before - "Change Check-In".

I have received no true confirmation that OCLI was completed, but I am getting these txt messages and this "Change Check-In" link. So I am unsure if I am actually checked in or not.

I know OLCI is not a huge deal - might save me a few minutes at check-in is all - but this is still remarkably aggravating. All the more so since I know that situations like these aren't isolated.

I guess I can just call in to confirm, but is there any other way to confirm online?

Thanks.
