Olaf's Skating Rink - will it be returning?

We will be out at Disneyland in early December. My wife was looking at this and we are both trying to figure out if it was a one time thing for the launch of Frozen, or if it will be back this year.

I haven't been able to find much in the way of facts OR gossip on it. Any help is welcome!

Yes, on the Disneyland website it says it will be open from I think 3-10 everyday, and on the weekends it will be open an hour later. Nothing so far about costs.
