Both of these places will show you everything and probably answer most questions.
We love OKW, it's very laid back and beautiful - the buildings and landscaping are wonderful.
We like staying at South Pointe. There's a "quiet" pool there, and it's the first stop in the morning. Depending on your room, you could have a lovely view of the waterway.
The rooms are huge and are great for spreading out. They are the only DVC 1 bedroom with a sofa AND loveseat, plus a comfy chair in the living room. The dining table is big and will fit four people comfortably, as opposed to most other DVC 1BRs which areally are a tight fit around the table. The kitchen with the island is great, too and the jacuzzi fits two. Best room layout of all the DVC resorts for sure.
The main pool area is lovely, the community hall is great for kid's activities, crafts and fun all day. The Gurgling Suitcase is the best pool bar on property with wonderfully friendly bartenders.
Can't post any of our pictures right now, but we love it there and would have NO problem going back again.
Just want to add that DW and I enjoyed a nice dinner at Olivia's. Many consider this place a hidden gem. Most folks don't take the time to travel to OKW to dine there, so it's not as busy as many other table-service places on property.
