OKW Water Taxi

Does anyone know if OKW water taxi is currently running ro Disney Springs? In October, a CM told me it's closed for refurbishment but I cant find confirmation or any other info about dates, etc.

When we left on the last day in September it was open, and you'd think that if it were going down soon, there would have been signs around. But of course, there's always the possibility that something was found overnight that changed plans. It seemed fine however.

We also tried to book guided bass fishing and while OKW is listed as an option on WDW website, the CMs were unable to select it as a launching point and could only select POR for the Springs area. Any info would be so helpful!
