OKW water heater question

SO we're at OKW right now. Anyone know if each unit has a hot water heater or if each building has one? The first few days the 3 of us had plenty of hot water for showers. Today, we didn't! Not sure if we need to call maintenance for our unit or if it's a full building problem!

I'm thinking water heat would be per building at a minimum. The hot tub is quite big, and I don't recall it running out.

It seems some resorts essentially have a "utility plant" that provides hot and chilled (for A/C) water for all buildings. Others can be smaller (it looks like SSR is per building)

For some reason I'm thinking each unit has their own 80 gal tank. I travel a fair amount to places with soaking type tubs and one of the common design flaws we see is a 50 gallon tank with such a large tub. At usual temperatures one full hot bath will run it out and even then it's often not enough if it's set at recommended temps. What we've taken to doing is figuring out if this is the situation and have them turn up the temp to 145-150 on the hot water heater then reminding them to turn it back down on checkout to avoid scald issues for others, esp children.

I think it is per building. One visit to OKW during a very, very cold January and we came home to a note on our door that our building would be without hot water for a certain amount of time the next day. They were doing maintenance on the hot water heater.

We planned our hot showers during the time that our villa did have hot water, so it was OK with us. I could not imagine having a cold shower during that trip - it was in the 40's.
