CBR is themed after the caribbean islands and has a festive island atmosphere and music. The rooms have recently been refurbished.
OKW is very similar, in my opinion, in that it also has outside entrances. The landscaping at both resorts is lush and the buildings even look somewhat the same. They are both also very spread out resorts. At OKW, I know you can park right outside your unit. This might not be the case with CBR.
CBR has a food court and eatery as well as a new sit-down restaurant named Shutters, which is supposed to be very good. The pool at CBR is themed after a Spanish fort and has a decent waterslide. OKW has no waterslide yet, but they are building one which should be completed I suppose by the end of 2004 from what I've heard.
The rooms at CBR are smaller but a little more updated than OKW. OKW is a home-away-from-home type resort though and has kitchenettes in the studio units. You can choose a studio unit which has two queen beds and the kitchenette or you can choose luxurious 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom units with living rooms, jacuzzi tubs, and washer dryers.
CBR's rooms are all regular hotel rooms.
I would go with OKW if price were no object. However, CBR is very similar in the tropical theme and has lots of amenities for about 1/2 the price of OKW.
