Has anyone had any luck getting a toilet riser brought to their room or villa at OKW?

Even if someone else was provided with the exact type of equipment they needed in the past, that would not be a guarantee that it would be available on your visit. If you can't manage without it, rent it or bring your own. Disney does not have unlimited types or quantities of medical equipment to depend on them for your needs.

There's another recent post that addresses this, at one hotel the poster received one that was fine, but at the next trip the poster was provided with one but it didn't fit over the toilet right and was unsteady, she felt it unsafe. So they do have them, but it may not be exactly what you're looking for so have a plan b

bring your own or rent one when you get there as PP said just look for the now locked thread (8 pages long) and you will see that you should not depend on disney for this. and if you do want to go with what disney has have a plane B for if it dose not work

1) All resorts have access to risers.
2) Just ask the Front Desk or Concierge Desk for them.
3) The CM simply accesses the computer and marks the note for your room.
4) Then, housekeeping delivers them (when they feel like it).

I also travel with my own toilet riser. I have never had a locking one. Mine you lift the seat up and place it on the bowl and it is steady on the bowl. No lock needed. I usually don't need it because most rooms if they don't have risers, they do have pull bars, but at our last rental we did need my riser, so I was really glad to have it. Much easier than yelling for someone to come and haul me up!!!!!!

This is interesting. I have requested one at other resorts like AKL and gotten one no problem. Our past trip to OKW in December, I requested one and was told that I could go buy one and they would "install" it. They said they did not have them.

I have worked The Desk at OKW, and I can tell you they definitely have "risers" in the laundry & supply building.

Please remember that when you call the Front Desk, you are typically talking to a call center - not the actual Front Desk at the Resort you are standing (or sitting) in.

Better to go to the Front Desk in person, and ask to speak to Guest Relations if you are having an issue at a Disney Resort.

The information I have us that those types of items are requested from Housekeeping, not the front desk or Concierge.

It's possible that the CMs who were asked didn't actually know, that they do have them, but none were left or that they have actually stopped loaning them out.
I would not be surprised to hear they stop loaning that equipment, given the issues with making sure equipment is available, appropriately cleaned and in good condition.
