Finally have member # now I need everybody's advice. What studios sleep 5, which one bedrooms sleep 5? Unfortunately there really isn't anything for our August trip available other than OKW. That was almost my last preference. SS was the last choice. What do you think the chances for BWV opening up for a studio. OKW what is hospitality house?

Hospitality House at OKW is the main check-in area, near Olivia's restaurant, the general store, and main pool. OKW one bedrooms are huge, you really can't go wrong. Just be aware of a design change to the one bedrooms during construction, it may make a difference depending upon the demographics of your party. Buildings 29 and below have ONE entrance to the bathroom....through the master bedroom. Buildings 30 and over have two entrances to the bathroom, through the master bedroom and through the laundry room, for those sleeping in the living room area. None of those buildings (30 and higher) are in the near HH booking area. But at OKW, there really isn't a great need for most people to be near the HH. There are 5 bus stops at the resort. Hop on any bus (except a Downtown Disney Bus) and it will take you to the HH area. If you are at the HH area, you can walk across the bridge to the Peninsular Road bus stop, and again hop on any bus, except Downtown Disney to return you to your closest bus stop. The Downtown Disney busses generally run a modified route, and also act as an internal shuttle from the HH, but it really is faster to just walk across the bridge when returning to your villa. :) There are 3 neighborhood pools at OKW, in addition vto the main pool. All of them are nice, the neighborhood pool areas include a laundry room for those in the studios, a hot tub and a childrens play area,as well as charcoal BBQ grills. The Turtle Pond Pool also has the Turtle Shack that can refill your drink cups and sells pre-packaged snack bar foods (they don't have a grill to prepare fresh) the neighborhood pools do not have a slide, that is only at the main pool in the HH area.

Thanks so much for all that info!!!! It really helps,

hey would go with OKW. it has a chair bed in the living area so it sleeps 5.

studios that sleep 5 - GFV, PVB and think soon it will be VWL - maybe BCV?

Studios that sleep 5 are GFV, Poly, VWL, and I think they are being added at BCV and BWV.

One bedrooms that have beds for 5 are AKV (not value), BLT, and OKW. Other one bedroom DVCs allow 5 but you have to bring your own bed/bedding.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom at OKW when our kids were 8 and 10 and loved it! So much space and the pool was great fun. We didn't request HH and decided we didn't really need to. We were in the Turtle Pond section and it was an easy walk.
